When people attend conferences, there are usually some sort of goodies at the door which are handed out when the attendees register. These conference packages are a great way to hand out your promotional products – especially when the products are useful to the attendees of the conference or relate to the subject or theme of the conference itself. Handing out promotional products in a conference package ensures that everyone registered for the conference gets exposed to your company name, and early in the conference to boot. That means that they will have plenty of time to see out your company’s booth or table for a face to face meeting if they so choose.
If you are interested in really grabbing the attention of the conference goers, however, then a simple promotional pen might slip through the cracks. Instead, consider something a little bit nicer, which will catch their attention and prove useful for the entire conference. Promotional conference folders are perfect for this purpose. Promotional sticky notes are also highly useful for the duration of the conference, because they can be used to make notes on handouts, jot down information from classes, and take names and numbers for future contacts as well as handing people’s own numbers out to others.
Promotional sticky notes are also superior to a plain note pad because they will not become a ball of loose paper at the bottom of the conference bag, but will stick nicely to the piece of paper that they reference, or to each other if you are stacking a collection of contacts or other such information. They can be sorted based on relevance, stuck to something, and pleasantly forgotten about until the time comes to go through the contents of the bag. Promotional printed sticky notes should be placed nicely inside the conference folders for a team that can’t be beat (as long as someone provided a pen!)
