Every effort will be made to deliver your products on time,
but any delivery day or lead-time specified is a best estimate
and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay
or error in the delivery of the goods.
All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying
at the date of such delivery. Special rush deliveries can
usually be arranged but will usually be subject to additional
charges (e.g. rush print charges and rush delivery charges)
that will be charged to you at current commercial rates.
Lead times will be deemed to commence at the date and time
that Ideasbynet.com receives in writing, "signed off" approval
of the artwork that Ideasbynet.com has supplied.
Ideasbynet.com ships from multiple facilities throughout
the United Kingdom and in some instances Europe. If you
have ordered a range of products, then they maybe shipped
from different factories. As a result, they may arrive to
you at different times and in separate deliveries. All deliveries
are shipped by recognised and respected carriers on a standard
service up to 5.30 pm and delivery charges are in accordance
with this service. Where pre 12.00 or pre 10.30 deliveries
are requested these need to be requested in writing from
your appointed account manager who will then provide relevant
costings for such deliveries.
In the unlikely event that products are lost or damaged
in transit when using third party carriers, Ideasbynet.com
does not accept responsibility for damages or losses incurred
to the shipment or due to late delivery. Claims in respect
of non-delivery must be made in writing so as to reach us
within 4 days from receipt of our invoice.
