At Ideasbynet we have a state of the art design studio which
is staffed by a team of dedicated, highly experienced graphic
designers and artists. Our studio inspects all artwork submitted
to ensure that it meets the specific requirements for imprinting
your design to the promotional products you have selected.
If for any reason minor changes are required, we will make
these free of charge with your prior permission and provide
an artwork form via email for your final approval.
This service is free of charge to customers and potential
customers of Ideasbynet.com
On all orders where the value (excluding VAT) exceeds £800
we will prepare any artwork or design required free of charge.
However, on smaller purchases there maybe a nominal charge
applied to your order for artwork creation subject to the
amount of time it will take our studio to prepare the necessary
files. Any charge will be notified in writing prior to order
confirmation and will be subject to sight of files / information
supplied.
In order to print efficiently from the artwork you supply,
it maybe necessary to adjust or redraw your artwork. You
will be advised of the changes made. No printing will take
place until Ideasbynet.com has received in writing your
"signed off" approval of the artwork. In order to sign off
your artwork we will send you an artwork approval form via
email illustrating how your artwork will look on your chosen
product. This MUST be checked thoroughly and signed off.
The job will not commence until we have received in writing
this signed off approval. You must notify us of any discrepancy
in the artwork or order as we DO NOT accept any liability
of any post-completion errors or omissions.
